Responsibilities
  • As a Software Engineer at Enfuce, you are a vital contributor to our mission of delivering cutting-edge fintech solutions. Your role is to design, develop, implement and operate software applications that power our payments platform. By writing, testing, releasing and operating efficient, scalable, and reliable code, you directly impact the performance, functionality, and security of our products, enabling us to provide exceptional services to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software for our customer platform using Go, Dart, and Flutter.
  • Building both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across mobile and web environments.
  • Taking user stories and technical requirements and turning them into efficient, maintainable, and secure code.
  • Participating in code reviews to uphold coding standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, to deliver features and resolve technical challenges.
  • Diagnosing and fixing defects and contributing to ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Contributing and enhancing quality assurance processes to ensure software reliability and quality.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve team processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Track record of delivering customer-facing products in fintech, SaaS, or similar domains.
  • Strong hands-on experience with all or a combination of Flutter, Go, and DART.
  • Strong background in mobile and web development, with the ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Experience with code review processes and maintaining high code quality
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about the payments industry and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication in English and adept at writing coherent code that is readable and useable by others
  • Deep understanding of what makes a great customer experience.
