Description
Assist in building and maintaining modules of the AIOps platform under the guidance of senior engineers. Contribute to collecting, cleaning, and transforming monitoring data (logs, events, metrics) for analysis. Support incident analysis by providing data insights and participating in root cause investigations. Work closely with mid-level and senior engineers, actively participating in code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing. Develop technical skills in observability tools, cloud environments, and ML/AI concepts relevant to AIOps. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and maintainability of code and configurations with mentorship from senior staff. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field 4+ years of programming experience with Python, Golang or related programming languages Proficiency in shell (e.g. bash) scripting Good understanding of virtualization (VMs, hypervisor, Software Defined Network) Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab and Jenkins. Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure). Good understanding of REST APIs and common platform tools including Kafka, SQL, Prometheus, Redis, PostgresDB/MongoDB. Good understanding of networking protocols, standards, and technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPSec, network Namespaces, routing and switching. Experience working with Linux-based systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, shell scripting, and understanding of key OS concepts such as process management, networking, and file systems. Adaptability to dynamic and fast paced environments, proactive learner. Background in log analysis, time-series forecasting, or unsupervised anomaly detection Good understanding of observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) Good understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and service mesh architectures AI/ML data engineering experience The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
