Your tasks

• You will further develop a modern cloud application in the field of law firm management and actively contribute to key architecture and implementation decisions.
• You pay particular attention to operational requirements such as stability, observability, maintainability, support capability and sustainable technical solutions.
• You identify technical risks early, make potential conflicts of objectives transparent, and develop viable solutions together with the team.
• With your sound knowledge of cloud-native technologies, especially in the backend, you provide technical support to the development team and contribute new ideas to the technical implementation.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in cloud-native development and are familiar with both frontend and backend, especially with Java, Spring, REST APIs and microservices.
• You have practical experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and the productive operation of distributed systems.
• You confidently use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Coding Agents, or similar solutions to make analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation more efficient.
• You have experience in the design and development of AI-supported and agent-based applications and can securely integrate Large Language Models, agent frameworks and AI services into existing architectures.
• You can coordinate multiple specialized AI agents along the software development lifecycle and ensure reliable results through appropriate quality and validation mechanisms.
