As a Software Engineer, Front End , you’ll craft high-quality, engaging features for our company websites, dashboards and internal consoles and other web based interfaces. Working out of our Milan headquarters alongside a skilled team of backend engineers, mobile developers, and UX/UI designers, you’ll drive meaningful changes to our digital products, enhancing usability and responsiveness. Our stack includes TypeScript, React, Node.js and GraphQL, all built on AWS infrastructure.

Your mission:

• Build outstanding experiences. Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand vision and simplify the digital experience for our users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver top-quality features that meet our user needs.
• Deliver impactful solutions. Ensure every feature you create is robust, performant, and contributes directly to improving payment accessibility across Europe.
• Innovate and improve. Leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to continuously improve our code quality and enhance our users’ journey.

Your ideal profile:

• Passion for web development. You love creating clean, efficient code and have experience with modern front-end technologies like TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
• User-centered thinker. You’re able to translate customer needs into functional, high-quality features with an eye for detail and user experience.
• Analytical and curious. You bring a logical mindset to solving problems and a curiosity for the latest tech innovations.
• Structured communication. You are able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.
• Passion and language skills. You are passionate about FinTech or startup environments and fluent in both Italian and English.
