Location for Collaboration: You must be located in The Americas (North or South), the UK, or Ukraine. Time zone alignment is critical for our team’s synergy.
Technical Expertise (Proficiency in one or more):
Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django), or Java (Spring).
Databases: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
Bonus: Cloud/DevOps (AWS, Docker) or Front-End (React, Vue) experience.

As a core team member, you will architect and build the robust, scalable server-side solutions that are the foundation of our mission.
You will design, develop, and maintain secure and well-documented RESTful APIs.
You will take ownership of our databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), ensuring their integrity and performance.
You will collaborate closely and transparently with the entire team, because we succeed or fail together.
