Description

Stronghold Global is seeking two skilled and motivated Software Engineers to join our growing development team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse and modern technology stack, delivering solutions that are critical to our clients and internal operations.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and services. You will contribute to both new and existing projects, working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. The role involves hands-on coding, problem solving, and active participation in project planning and agile team activities.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in full-stack development, ideally with exposure to multiple languages and frameworks. Our technology stack includes ReactJS for the front end, Python FastAPI, PHP Laravel, and C# ASP.NET Core on the back end, with Docker used extensively for containerisation and deployment. Familiarity with relational databases, automated testing, and version control is essential. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architecture will be an advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong commercial experience in software development (full-stack or backend/frontend).
  • Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Experience with backend frameworks: Python (FastAPI), PHP (Laravel), C# (ASP.NET Core).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and ORM frameworks (SQL Server and MySQL).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments.
  • Strong knowledge of testing practices and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication and problem-solving skills.
