ONSITE IN NYC ROLE We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing in-house engineering team building products at the forefront of crypto and startup infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting directly to the CTO, where you will own features end-to-end — from problem definition through production deployment. You will work across the stack using TypeScript, crafting polished user experiences while building scalable backend systems. The role is ideal for product-minded engineers who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy shipping real, user-facing software quickly. Details Location: NYC (On-site) Work Model: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Crypto / Accelerator / Startup Infrastructure Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Own product features end-to-end — from requirements to production Write production-grade TypeScript across frontend and backend Build and maintain internal tools and external product surfaces Develop polished UIs using React (and potentially Next.js) Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js Integrate third-party APIs and external services Raise engineering standards, code quality, and system reliability Sketch UX flows and lightweight wireframes before implementation Leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery Requirements Deep experience with TypeScript Strong React and Node.js expertise Experience building full-stack applications in production Familiarity with modern databases (Postgres, Prisma, or similar) Product mindset — able to translate ambiguous problems into shipped solutions Strong ownership bias and hands-on IC mentality Good UX/UI taste and ability to think through flows before coding Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools Nice to Have Experience with Next.js Startup or crypto ecosystem exposure Experience building internal tooling platforms Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability patterns Interview Process Phone Screen Technical Interview Final Interview
