Job Description Get to Know the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the web applications that millions of our users and driver-partners interact with daily. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-centric solutions. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure system architecture. Write efficient code and implement strong testing strategies. Monitor and optimize application performance. Own projects from conception to post-launch monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews. Propose innovations and improvements to technology and processes. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional full-stack software development experience. Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend development (Go, Java, or similar). Knowledge of databases (relational and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and building/consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and focus on product quality. Experience with state management libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization. Background in transportation, logistics, or fintech industries (preferred but not required).
