We are seeking a hands-on GenAI Developer to build and deploy advanced AI systems that enhance user experience and solve complex data challenges. This role focuses on engineering, model development, and integration into existing platforms and reports to the VP of technology. You’ll work with state-of-the-art LLMs and agentic frameworks, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-impact GenAI applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning and content generation. Build and fine-tune models using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and prompt engineering. Integrate GenAI capabilities into existing workflows and applications. Conduct testing and validation to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Document models, workflows, and development processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 3+ years in software engineering, ML, or AI; 1+ years in Generative AI. Strong programming skills in Python or Java Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML. Experience with data privacy and ethical AI practices. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AI Studio, Vertex AI, Bedrock). Effective communicator and team collaborator. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems like Git.
