Position: Software Engineer

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly software applications and custom CRMs. You’ll be involved in both frontend and backend development, contributing to full-stack solutions that power our internal tools and customer-facing products. Your work will directly influence how businesses operate, solve real problems, and bring their ideas to life.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of work experience.
  • Solid experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or other modern web frameworks.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, MongoDB or SQL databases.
  • Experience building or integrating marketing automation systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Ability to create or maintain campaign tracking, reporting dashboards, or analytics APIs.
  • Knowledge of CRM integration and customer journey mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with social media API integration.
  • Expertise in AWS or similar cloud hosting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and deliver solutions.
