DeepFin Research is a proprietary trading firm applying deep learning–driven models to trade futures, options, and other global derivatives markets. We combine advanced AI research with high-performance trading infrastructure, deploying strategies across major exchanges worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our core trading technology team. You will design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems that power our trading strategies. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C++, ideally with additional proficiency in Java, and a proven track record in HFT environments. Key Responsibilities Design and implement low-latency, high-performance trading systems. Collaborate with researchers and traders to develop tools supporting strategy research and execution. Optimize code and infrastructure for speed, reliability, and scalability. Work on market connectivity, risk management, and order execution components. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability in live trading environments. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong expertise in C++; experience in Java is highly desirable. Proven experience building systems in high-frequency trading (HFT) or other low-latency environments. Strong understanding of futures markets; options experience is a plus. Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Based in Istanbul (hybrid working model).
