What You’ll Do

1. Ship features across backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript).Build data pipelines for evaluation and model control layers.Own secure document pipelines (S3/GCS/Azure, permissions, no data leakage).Develop OCR + search systems for PDFs, images, and scanned docs.Parse and enforce complex nested JSON structures.Build document tooling (generate, edit, annotate PDFs/images).Debug and scale pipelines and storage systems.Improve performance, reliability, and system design across the stack.

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong builder with Python (FastAPI) + React experience.Comfortable working across the stack.Solid fundamentals: APIs, SQL, async systems, data modeling.Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).Ability to work with complex data systems or pipelines.High ownership, low ego, fast execution.

Preferred

1. LLM / AI system experience.OCR, document processing, or search systems.Experience with secure data handling / permissions.Built and shipped real systems (not just tutorials).
