As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of software for our industrial diagnostics products and cloud-connected solutions. You will be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and implementation to testing and maintenance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining embedded software for industrial diagnostics products.
- Contributing to the development of cloud-based applications and services on the Ewon Cloud platform using Java, Spring, and Angular.
- Implementing and executing unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborating with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to define and deliver new features.
- Writing clean, maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions to continuously improve the quality of our products.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues across embedded and cloud-based systems.
- Contributing to the design and evolution of software architectures for both embedded and cloud solutions.
- Expanding the use of AI in our development processes.

Required Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java development & in-depth experience with the Spring framework.
- Knowledge of software design principles, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, ideally with GitLab.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and communication protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative international environment.
