What You’ll Be Working On In this role, you’ll primarily help manage and enhance our Salesforce environment as part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll work extensively with Apex development while partnering closely with our Installation and Maintenance teams to support successful system rollouts. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to greenfield projects, including architecting and building Airflow (Python) ETL integrations for specialized backend systems. Experience with GIS is a strong plus. Ready to Apply? Preferred Experience: +3 Salesforce Development 3+ years of experience Strong ability to read, write, and maintain Apex code +2 SQL / SOQL 3+ years of experience Solid understanding of JOINs, relational databases, and FOREIGN KEY usage +2 ISP / Networking / GIS Industry experience is highly valued +2 Python Experience working within production codebases +1 APIs (SOAP / REST) Experience building and troubleshooting integrations +1 Data / ETL Tools (Airflow / Great Expectations) Practical experience moving and validating real-world data +1 Kubernetes / Virtual Machines / Unix Comfortable working in technical infrastructure environments +1 Git + Jira Familiarity with standard development workflows +1 Experience Directing Coding Agents Practical use of modern AI-assisted development tools beyond simple prompt usage What Stands Out Candidates scoring a 7 or higher across these qualifications will stand out strongly.
