Job Description Requirements & Design You will participate in backlog refinement sessions, design discussions, and technical planning activities with the team. You will help understand our needs and translating functional requirements into clear, scalable, and maintainable technical designs. Development You will develop high‑quality and reliable code that meets agreed timelines and engineering standards. You will also design and implement automated tests across multiple levels, ensuring product quality and stability. You will also troubleshoot issues, analyze causes, and enhance code quality through best practices. Deployment & Operations improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes, creating, repeatable, and efficient deployment practices. Agile Collaboration Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
