We are looking for an experienced software R&D engineer for Spectre FX Simulator, a next-generation FastSPICE circuit simulator that enables the efficient verification of memory and large-scale system-on-chip (SoC) designs. This is an amazing opportunity to work as a software engineer at a world leader in computational software. We use advanced math, computer science, graph theory and machine learning to turn design concepts into reality. You will work for designing, implementing, and maintaining software used to perform transistor-level electrical circuit simulation. Requirements: • MS/PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or a similar field with 1+ years of relevant experience. • Strong C++ development skills and experiences with large scale programming projects. • Passionate to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills • Preferred: SPICE circuit simulation algorithm Numerical analysis, especially numerical linear algebra, sparse matrix techniques Experience of EDA tool development We’re doing work that matters.
