We’re looking for a Product Solutions Engineer in India who combines strong backend engineering skills with product thinking and customer-facing capabilities. You will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, product, and engineering teams — designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that bring real business impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both coding and collaborating directly with customers to shape product direction. Responsibility Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design technical solutions using Astra - Wati’s latest AI Agent platform. Build, customize, and integrate APIs, microservices, and automation workflows. Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into product improvements. Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical workshops to enterprise clients. Debug and resolve technical issues in production environments. Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and internal tooling. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or backend development. Strong coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or Go (bonus: hands-on with APIs/SDKs). Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance product usability and technical feasibility. Bonus Points Prior experience in customer-facing engineering roles (Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales, or Technical Consultant). AI agent experiences. Experience with messaging platforms, CRM, or CPaaS products. Track record of delivering POCs or technical onboarding for enterprise clients.
