What We're Looking For: As a Software Engineer I, you will join Zebra Sri Lanka's engineering team as an early-career contributor, working alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and support technologies that power Zebra's enterprise solutions in retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. This role is designed to help fresh graduates build a strong technical foundation while contributing to real-world projects from day one. Key Responsibilities - Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software/hardware components under the guidance of senior engineers. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies. - Investigate and resolve defects, document technical work, and follow established engineering best practices. - Continuously learn Zebra's products, tools, and domains through structured onboarding and mentorship. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. - Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, data structures, and at least one modern language (e.g., .NET, Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a global engineering organization.
