Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proficient in C/C++ programming, with experience developing and debugging robust, high-performance applications for embedded or system-level software. Experience using the Qt framework to develop cross-platform GUI applications or embedded device interfaces, including familiarity with event-driven programming and UI/UX principles. Demonstrated history of quickly learning and adapting to new platforms or development environments. Experience defining and implementing APIs and communication protocols for instrumentation control. Proficiency with source code management tools such as Git or AccuRev. Experience developing in Linux environments. Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices in regulated environments. Knowledge of IEC 62304 and other relevant medical device software standards. Strong problem-solving skills and user-focused mindset with the ability to derive software requirements and specifications. Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and manage cross-functional collaboration. Proven initiative and self-direction when tackling ambiguous or undefined challenges.
