Description

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our team focused on building and modernizing the customer-facing tools that our users rely on every day. This role is ideal for a developer who is skilled at troubleshooting, thrives on problem-solving, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality, user-friendly software. You’ll have mentorship from senior engineers while also driving your own projects and troubleshooting to ensure smooth, self-service customer experiences.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE BELOW EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS, HOWEVER, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL THE LISTED REQUIREMENTS, VERY INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD STILL APPLY:

  • 3+ years of back-end development experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, EF Core, and SQL.
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience using React or Angular.
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to own the quality of your work.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities without losing focus or quality.
  • Integrity and self-awareness in how you use ai tools in your workflow and communication.
  • Interest in customer experience, even though you’re not directly customer-facing you should embody customer-centric views.
  • A growth mindset: eager to learn from mentors, while also taking initiative and pushing projects forward independently.
  • Comfort working in a Scrum-ish Agile team inside a broader Waterfall-style organization is ideal.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 2–4 years of industry experience.
  • Familiarity with self-service or portal-style applications would be a bonus.
  • Previous experience with homegrown enterprise systems or platforms not required, but a plus.
