Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in a small, collaborative team environment and prefer working on complete projects rather than fragmented tasks. As a key contributor, you will design and develop .NET APIs, create Angular-based front-end tools and integrate with various third-party APIs. You will report to the Manager of Application Development and work independently on most tasks, while still having access to team resources for support. This position is located in Syracuse, NY, Norcross, GA or can be Remote if living in another state.
The annual base salary range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $98,000 - $125,000. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure .NET APIs.
  • Build intuitive and responsive front-end tools using Angular.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and systems to enhance application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools and software as required.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the IT department’s technology roadmap.
  • Document technical designs, processes and user guides as needed.
  • Occasionally manage small projects as a technical lead.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
