JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in computer engineering. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering is required, or equivalent work experience. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering is required or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Perl, Java, C++, jQuery, and Python.
• Strong proficiency in Linux
• Networking & Protocols such as SFTP, SSH, Telnet, TL-1, etc.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, or Kubernetes.
• API Design such as REST API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and create new applications and/or new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure software applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
