We’re looking for a “Software Engineer II (Full Stack)” with a passion for building large scale web services and state of the art web applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex problems, interface closely with the developer community and contribute to one of the fastest growing products in Microsoft’s history. Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience in building and shipping large-scale distributed services and APIs, preferably on Azure or AWS platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expertise in middle tier/backend technologies such as .NET, relational and/or non-relational (NoSQL) databases, web services and RESTful concepts
Experience with complex single page applications
Proficiency in web technology stacks, UI patterns, React, JavaScript, Typescript
4+ years of experience designing, developing and shipping web based frontend clients
Optimizing experiences for performance and accessibility
Familiarity with Infrastructure as code a plus
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.
