The Procurement Product Technology Group is leading the way in delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that support TD’s enterprise procurement lifecycle. We power the shopping and buying experience for vendor onboarding through modern platforms and tools — including intuitive UIs, Kafka event streaming, Azure Data pipelines, and cutting-edge Gen AI capabilities.

We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Full Stack Developer who thrives in a hybrid environment and enjoys solving complex problems across the stack. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive front-end experiences and robust back-end integrations (event-streaming, data pipelines) that power procurement workflows across TD. Your work will directly impact how teams across the bank engage with suppliers, manage contracts, and streamline operations.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, SFTP protocols, and event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, microservices, and Kafka.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, CSS, HTML, and Node.js.
  • Build and enhance internal tools using SharePoint and Power Apps to support procurement operations.
  • Develop backend integration solutions using REST APIs, SFTP file transfers, Azure Data Factory/ microservices
  • Implement Kafka event streaming to support real-time data flows and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with TD’s enterprise architecture standards.
