Description

Implement complex software features with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create reusable code and libraries to ensure maintainability and facilitate future development. Develop responsive, accessible, and localized experiences for a diverse user base. Have a desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions and celebrate successes. Demonstrate data/metric driven mindset, self-motivation, curiosity, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Solid in data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging. Experience with distributed systems and microservices. Excellent in design, problem-solving, debugging. Solid leadership, communication, collaboration. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field 4+ years building large-scale cloud services. Windows app exposure (plus). Azure expertise: Web Apps, Web Jobs, Function Apps, Cosmos DB, Redis, AKS. Exposure to Copilot studio or similar AI tools; working with agents; MCP servers preferred. Passionate, self-driven, fast learner. Excellent written and verbal communication.
