Assist in driving architectural changes by profiling and improving UX performance and frontend architecture, together with design and leadership. Invest in the growth of an inclusive and capable environment by mentoring and training team members within the team and across the org. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred/Additional Qualifications Exceptional problem solving,critical thinking,communication skills and customer empathy. Experience with web languages; JavaScript/Typescript and UI Frameworks; React Software development and testing experience with web Front End development technologies. Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solutions from within the company or from the Open Source community. Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $85,000 - CAD $166,800 per year.
