We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience developing web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core and C#. This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with additional knowledge of architectural patterns and cloud solutions being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core (C#).
- Work with modern JavaScript and Microsoft frameworks (TypeScript preferred) such as React, Next.js, and Blazor to build dynamic front-end applications.
- Design and implement efficient database solutions with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL (a plus).
- Apply best practices in architectural patterns and contribute to system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and high-performing applications.
- Utilize Git for version control and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience developing web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core (C# preferred).
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (TypeScript, Angular, React, Next.js).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL (a plus).
- Knowledge of architectural patterns and Azure cloud services (a plus).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc…).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Blazor.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience in deploying applications on Azure cloud.
