We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications that support business and user needs. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, including backend services, front-end interfaces, and cloud-based systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, and deploy updates while ensuring code quality and application security. Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain reliable and maintainable applications using OOP principles. Build and maintain backend systems using languages such as .NET, PHP, or equivalent, and implement front-end functionality with CSS, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks. Coordinate development efforts with team and project priorities, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates. Actively participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues promptly, communicating with affected teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Deploy application fixes and updates following established approval processes and maintenance windows. Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and document processes for team continuity. 3+ years of professional software development experience with proficiency in OOP and full-stack development. Strong experience with backend programming (.NET, PHP) and front-end technologies (CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with MVC frameworks, ORM, Git version control, and Linux-based environments. Foundational knowledge of cloud development, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and application security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot production issues efficiently and communicate solutions effectively. Strong collaboration, continuous learning, and mentoring mindset.
