JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform activities developing components of solutions with a focus on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts aligned to business and technology objectives.

Provide a broad range of system solutions development to business problems through the development and programming of applications / systems. May also provide research, installation, maintenance, configuration, administration and/or provisioning of systems/applications.

  • Support RPA Platform Ops pod.
  • Perform L3 role for Platform Ops team to support all of RPA applications from Blueprism and UiPath technologies
  • This person will be the first point of escalation for the offshore L2 team to help with any impacting production issue
  • Ensure that the support documentation for all production issues are always up to date
  • The resource will need to be on standby during off hours to share expertise on production impacting issues. Expectation is to avoid dependency on L3 resource for all production issues
  • Take lead on DR test activities for all applications within the scope of our support to meet enterprise TD standards
  • Identifying root cause to all critical and repeating issues and document the solutions for them so that L2 team can follow the same

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
