REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Motivated, communicative, teamwork-oriented professionals that feel comfortable working in agile environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, OR equivalent education or experience
- Software development experience (3+ years), with a strong emphasis on reliability, automation, and performance
- Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience in Python/Django, JavaScript, or Go is a plus!
- Bonus points if you have experience with Docker or AWS!
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident response best practices is highly valuable

Responsibilities:
- Work with industry experts across security, machine learning, digital risk protection, and cyber threat intelligence to develop the next generation of solutions for the ZeroFox platform
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our microservices architecture and stack
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the reliability of critical systems and tools, such as Consul, Vault, Nomad, Prometheus, Grafana, Grafana Loki, and Grafana Tempo
- Research and build cutting-edge solutions to improve platform reliability and developer productivity, all while helping to make the internet a safer place
- Begin to own and influence multi-component systems, deepen your knowledge of related technologies, and work toward taking on a leadership role within the Site Reliability Engineering team
