QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of seven (5) + years of professional experience in development including Power Platform

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft PowerApps Certification
  • UI design skill and hands-on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps
  • Experience/Knowledge with pulling reports and creating database queries like SQL Project Management experience
  • Ability to design an effective technical architecture and develop it effectively and assist to incorporate all new technologies into IT systems and monitor all production environments
  • Experience coordinating with all business and IT partners, analyzing all business requirements, and providing resolutions for business and IT associate issues
  • Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support
  • .NET/Java experience is good asset with strong programming fundamentals

Responsibilities

AS A POWER PLATFORM SENIOR DEVELOPER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS USING MICROSOFT POWER PLATFORM COMPONENTS, SUCH AS POWER APPS, POWER AUTOMATE, POWERAPPS COMPONENT FRAMEWORK(PCF) AND POWER BI, AMONG OTHERS. THESE SOLUTIONS ALLOW YOU TO ADDRESS OPTIMIZATION SCENARIOS IN SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS AND OUR TEAM IS COMMITTED TO SHOWCASING THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY!

A typical day of a Power Platform Developer involves understanding the business and its challenges, functionally outlining a solution to the identified use cases and then developing an APP using Power Platform, also working with the development team when additional developments, including in Microsoft Azure, are necessary. Technical skills are important, but we also value soft skills and your motivation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop complex PowerApps canvas, model-driven apps, Power BI, PCF components
  • Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
  • Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community
  • Use multiple connectors with PowerApps and Microsoft Flow
  • Build PowerApps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create new and improved business process flows
  • Integrate internal Dynamics 365 CE system with other aspects of the Power Platform
  • Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
  • Interpret and design database models, integrating existing dataflows within SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.
  • Establish and address security protocols within PowerApps
  • Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into PowerApps
