Description

You will be responsible for the complete technical lifecycle of implementation projects—from requirements gathering to solution delivery. This includes workflow automation, web service integration, Okta configuration, and deployment automation using CI/CD. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent role with minimal supervision, confidently managing complex technical workstreams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10–12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with the Newgen IBPS platform.
  • 2–3 years of independent implementation experience with Newgen ONE projects.
  • Deep understanding of Newgen ONE APIs for workflows, DMS, queue management, and forms.
  • Strong expertise in OmniDocs advanced features, including versioning and document workflows.
  • Proficiency in Java and RESTful web service integration.
  • Experience with Jenkins build pipelines and Newgen Deployment Manager.
  • Familiarity with case management, workflow automation, and ECM best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the full SDLC.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Newgen ONE platform certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Government sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
