Robert Half, Inc. seeks Software Engineer III in San Ramon, CA:
Job Duties: Develop, design, and modify large and complex modules and components within RH’s larger system architecture. Analyze, design, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. Implement, configure, and develop Salesforce application functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and APIs (SOAP/REST). Code all components within an end-to-end system (i.e., DB, middleware, and front end). Code end-user applications, such as materials management, financial management, HRIS, and desktop applications products. Implement SDLC documentation and procedures for all phases of the software development lifecycle. Interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications. Support product launches in production environments. Perform unit testing, planning, and execution for software code validation. Define integration test strategies and plans. Contribute to integration test strategy and planning. Analyze and resolve complex production issues and define department guidelines and troubleshooting best practices. Serve as design authority at module-level for system design. Review junior-level Software Engineers’ modules and components coding and approve deliverables. Provide feedback and design support for junior-level staff. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:

• Experience in analyzing and identifying root causes, fixing issues in Salesforce, and Pentaho/Mulesoft platforms globally for high volume users (1 year).
• Experience in performing Salesforce App cloud design, development, integration, user support and operations analysis on Force.com platforms including Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, and Analytic Cloud (2 years).
• Experience in performing coding on all components within an end-to-end system including database, middleware, and front-end applications and perform code reviews (2 years).
• Experience in performing unit testing, planning and execution for software code validation, and reviewing unit test plans and results (2 years).
• Experience in performing Salesforce administration, preserving data security across various Force.com platforms by implementing the Hierarchy Models, and creating new profiles and permission sets (2 years).
• Experience in performing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and RESTFUL web services and leveraging Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Components (2 years).
• Experience in interfacing with Engineering and QA teams to gather and analyze requirements and collaborate with other IT teams and vendors throughout all phases of Salesforce projects (2 years).

Salary: $161,637 - $170,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
