Music Creation Apps team is looking for a talented Software Engineer in Test who is passionate about quality, automation, and shipping delightful, rock-solid products. In this role, you will work closely with developers to ensure Logic Pro, Voice Memos and other apps meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience. You’ll help shape testing strategies from the earliest design discussions through launch and beyond. DESCRIPTION - Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation for Voice Memos app across multiple platforms - Develop tools and frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, and developer productivity - Investigate, triage, and debug failures - Document, and clearly report issues with actionable repro steps, logs, and insights MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience/skills 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, with a focus on automation 3+ years of experience in Python, Swift programming A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with audio, media frameworks, or performance testing Background in building test frameworks or developer tools Experience with professional music and/or audio production
