Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and enhancement of Sitecore-based digital platforms, with a primary focus on Omdia. Build and maintain scalable Sitecore solutions, currently on Sitecore 10.x, with a roadmap to transition to XM Cloud and headless architectures in the next 2–3 years. Implement personalization strategies, optimize content authoring workflows, and enhance platform performance. Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills: 2+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET MVC. Good knowledge of Sitecore 9.x/10.x, including basic understanding of SXA and Helix principles. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, such as React (or similar frameworks), and their integration with Sitecore. Nice-to-Have: Sitecore certifications (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer) are highly desirable. Exposure to XM Cloud, Next.js, or headless CMS architectures. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Experience working in multinational or cross-functional teams.
