THE SKILLS YOU BRING

• 1+ years of applicable experience and a bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support
• Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object-oriented development environment
• Strong knowledge of technologies used within aligned function to engineer solutions. Examples include but are not limited to React/Next.js, Python, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform.
• Experience in implementing unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT.
• Experience translating product requirements into design specifications.
• Debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure quality software is delivered with minimal defects and no go live critical issues. Knowledgeable of unit and automation testing tools.
• Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project
• Ability to respond directly to questions from business clients
• Ability to be a technical authority and work with other team members
• Knowledge of standard change management tools and processes
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Hands on technical experience

Base Pay Range: $65000 - $115000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
