Accountabilities Research, prototype, and build proofs of concept for innovative software solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and explore their potential application in new products. Provide technical leadership and guidance to peers and other teams within innovation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into practical implementations. Support ideation, experimentation, and development throughout the software lifecycle, from conception to delivery. Contribute to a culture of innovation by challenging assumptions, thinking creatively, and driving technical excellence. Enrollment in or completion of a PhD program demonstrating expertise in advanced research methodologies. Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and managed services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes). Strong experience working with distributed systems. Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across multiple teams. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and deliver incremental value. Strong foundation in software engineering principles and design patterns.
