ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCES:

• Exposure to scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) and software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration concepts, ETL methods, or workflow automation tools.
• Coursework or project experience with databases, data structures, or software engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and curiosity-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, working technical solutions.
• Effective communication and documentation skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Developing scripts and tools to automate data collection and consolidation across PMO platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, ADO, TimeControl, ServiceNow).
• Supporting the design, prototyping, and development of dashboards or reporting solutions that provide a single source of truth for PMO data.
• Assisting in building utilities to simplify project tracking, budget monitoring, and resource reporting.
• Collaborating with PMO and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and providing status updates on progress and challenges.
• Documenting solutions and transferring knowledge to PMO and IT teams.
