Ship iOS product early and often—no long ramp, no busywork. Work on a mobile system used in high-stakes environments where precision, latency, and reliability matter. Learn directly from senior engineers, field operators, and real users. Operate with Bletchley-Park intensity—rapid feedback, real consequences, and deployments you might never discuss, but will never forget. Build judgment by seeing what breaks and fixing it. Gain pre-Series A ownership as an early contributor. What we’re looking for Strong foundation in Swift and iOS development. Experience shipping iOS apps via internships, personal projects, open-source work, or startups. Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and platform fundamentals. Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning fast. Clear communication and ownership mindset—we expect responsibility from day one. Rigor and attention to detail. Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution. U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data). Bonus if you’ve Prototyped interactions in Figma and translated them cleanly into code. Worked with ARKit, Metal, Combine, Accessibility, or spatial UI. Optimized performance under real constraints. Built or shipped something outside of class requirements. Thrived in a small or early-stage team environment. Final Facts Base salary up to $100,000, depending on experience and impact.
