Key Responsibilities Design, build and maintain a variety of robust, production-grade software systems. Deliver well-structured, maintainable code as part of a collaborative engineering team Work closely with product development and teams across the business to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions. Contribute to code reviews and be open to feedback to continuously improve code quality Help ensure systems are reliable, observable, scalable, and secure in production Contribute to architectural decisions across services, data, and integrations. Support the modernisation of legacy systems alongside new feature development Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring At least 3 years of production software development experience A team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for technology, whether through professional curiosity, continuous learning, or side projects Ability to understand system design and explain technical decisions with support Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with clear but evolving requirements Demonstrably strong knowledge of: Golang Cloud-native software design AWS or another cloud provider Containerisation Devops principles including CI/CD and infrastructure as code SQL and NoSQL databases The internet and web protocols (HTTP/DNS/TCP-IP) Great If You Have .NET / C# experience Full stack experience Competency in other programming languages Experience in the intellectual property or brand protection space Why Join IP House?
