Primary Responsibilities: Closely work with Business/Product Stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions Good in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable) Engage in the full software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on coding, testing, and debugging Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices Participate in agile meetings, design reviews, test case reviews, and production support readiness reviews for new releases Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features Optimize and enhance the performance of existing software applications Communicate effectively and regularly with management and technical support teams Support P1 Application DevOps/O&M activities Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education) 2+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role 2+ years of hands-on experience on UI & Backend Development Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer (FSE) with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture Proficient with Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Git, REST API, Splunk, MySQL, Postgres, Azure Cloud, AKS, GitHub Actions Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/NoMad, and GitHub Actions AI/ML - Python, LangGraph, LangChain, FastAPI, MCP Proven solid grasp of core design principles for building scalable and maintainable applications Demonstrate solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proven to support QA, UAT and release phases of the project via defect analysis and resolution Proven effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven fast learner with a passion for exploring new programming languages and emerging technologies Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
