Description
📌 About the Role Jus Mundi is looking for talented developers to join their EPD team (Engineering, Product and Design). This is the opportunity to join a team not only driven by the tech, but working all together to make the best product in our field. This is not only words on paper: our metrics are not the number of lines of codes, but the value delivered in prod. Concretely, it means that developers are owner of the features they ship, and can structure them in partnership with the product team and the design team. Writing the code is only a part of this thriving mission where you directly contribute to the transformation of the legal industry. 🙌 The Team EPD team is split into mission driven squads, and you will be joining one of these squads alongside with other talented developers, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager. Squads are also working in close partnership with the Platform Team, bringing expertise on the more technical topics. There are several open positions, especially in 2 squads: Data ingestion This team push the boundaries of mass data discovering, ingesting, structuring, formatting, and enrichment. They work on heavy pipelines to make all the documents we collect usable by other squads (from search to document representation, including AI indexation, anonymization, etc.) in close collaboration with Legal data, and partnership teams. User Lifecycle & Growth This team pampers our users to ensure them a smooth experience across the whole product, driven by users retention, satisfaction and engagement. They work on topics going from user experience improvement to dashboards creation, in close collaboration with care, marketing, and sales teams. 🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi As part of the Engineering Product and Design team, you will alternate between code writing and feature building. Every developer is regularly tech owner of an epic, meaning he follows every step of the feature, from design to Go To Market. Of course, you will not be alone into this journey, and you will be supported by the whole team at every step. This is an incredible opportunity to challenge and shape the extraordinary product we are building, and measure the real impact of our work. This position is for you if you are excited by challenges beyond the code, if you shine at building solutions to real problems, and if you are entertained by collaborative delivery rather by complex algorithms. ⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills Our stack is mainly focused around PHP and Typescript, with some specialized workers written in go for the data ingestion team. However, any significant experience in any other major language is accepted if you are willing to work with these languages. You have a proven record of solution solving approach in a scale-up with at least 5 years of experience in such environment. Our main and official language is English (oral and written), so you must be fluent in English. Bonus points if: you already have experience in coaching junior developers and you understand French. 🔄 Interview process We’re proud of our multicultural team representing 37 nationalities! To ensure smooth communication, please apply in English (CV + Application Form). Introductory Call with Laurine, Talent Manager (30 min) Technical Test at home (1-2 hours) Remote Debrief Test Session (45 min) Remote Pair Programming Session (1h30) Remote Product Interview with an Engineering Manager and a Product manager (45 min) Half-Day at the Office + Lunch or Afterwork 1h30 immersion with teams Culture Interview (45 min) Team-Fit Meeting (45 min) Please note that, due to the nature of the sector we operate in, the final steps of our recruitment process include reference calls and a background check.
