About The Role:

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Apps & Integrations Team at LEAP Dev. You’ll work genuinely across the stack, contributing to new projects and supporting the applications our customers already rely on. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software.

What you'll do:

  • Building responsive web applications in JavaScript/TypeScript using modern frameworks such as SvelteKit or Next.js
  • Designing, building and maintaining reliable backend services and APIs in C#/.NET
  • Working hands-on with LLMs and evaluating emerging AI tooling to solve real customer problems
  • Collaborating with our DevOps team to deploy and run services in the cloud
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and to the technical direction of the team
  • Writing tests, squashing bugs and maintaining the health of existing systems
  • Collaborating in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Working collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel


Requirements


What you’ll bring

This is a mid-level role, and you’ll need around 2 – 4 years’ commercial experience building software across both front-end and back-end. You will also need:

  • Solid experience building services and APIs with C#/.NET
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with a modern front-end framework such as React or Svelte
  • Hands-on experience with a cloud platform like AWS is a plus
  • Practical experience building with LLMs or other emerging AI technologies
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and a sound understanding of database design
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of your work
