As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and support of Back Office systems that process a wide range of financial products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining system stability, introducing automation, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions, consultancies, or financial software companies
• Solid experience with Back Office systems
• Knowledge of trade processing, confirmations, settlements, payments, and accounting
• Familiarity with financial products such as FX, money markets, and derivatives
• Proficient in SQL, Linux, and scripting
• Understanding of file transfer protocols and middleware architecture

• Develop complex new functionality and coordinate implementation within Back Office systems, primarily using Unix scripting
• Provide both functional and technical support for Back Office systems (24×7 support on a rotational basis)
• Automate deployment, testing, health checks, and regression testing
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and DevOps teams to understand and deliver on requirements
• Maintain and improve existing automated test solutions
• Continuously improve development practices and the release process in collaboration with the team
