Here is a bit more about this position. In the role, you will be working on a Work Force Management application team. The technology stack includes:

ALTHOUGH THIS PLATFORM IS A LEGACY ARCHITECTURE, MOST OF THE DEVELOPMENT BEING DONE IS PRIMARILY NEW FEATURE DEVELOPMENT SUCH AS BUILDING OUT AN AI CHATBOT TOOL FOR MANAGER INTERACTIONS WITH THE SYSTEMS TO PULL REPORTS, SCHEDULE AND BUILD EMPLOYEE TRAININGS USING GAMIFICATION TOOLS, ETC.

The leadership team over this group is very excited about leveraging AI Development tools such as Github Copilot, etc.
Interview Tips:
The manager will be focusing on your development background and the things you have built and during this will be looking for any indication that you would not want to work in a more legacy/monolithic application architecture.
If they hear anything in your answers that leads them to believe you are primarily looking to work only in the latest architecture or microservices environments, they will pass on you.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
