Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between System requirements and development teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and documented
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable software requirements
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and standards (e.g., ED-12 / DO-178)
- Support teams in creating test and validation plans to ensure requirements are met
- Promote continuous improvement of the requirements processes through regular reviews and feedback loops
- Facilitate agile practices within the team, ensuring an iterative development process
