Role Overview:
We are looking for an outstanding Full Stack Software Engineer with a proven track record. You will work independently with an input from the product manager and senior developer, contributing to the cutting-edge applications for mobility and energy. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to present developed products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and cloud applications.
• Collaborate with the product manager to understand project requirements and deliver solutions with an excellent user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Present developed products to stakeholders, demonstrating functionality and addressing feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve our products and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Openness to learn new technologies and frameworks. “Can do” mentality.
• Proficiency in Flutter, PHP, mySQL, HTML, SCSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, REST APIs or PostgreSQL, Typescript, and React is a big additional advantage.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The candidate should be fluent in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in presenting technical solutions or products to stakeholders.

Location: Our headquarters is in Munich. While most of our team currently works remotely, we’re planning to expand our physical presence in the city. We’re looking for someone who is ideally able and willing to travel to customers and partners across Germany and Austria.
