Responsibilities
  • Managing and recruiting of a globally distributed group of team-first technical professionals
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the engineering organization, including mentorship and career development opportunities
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, career development sessions, and performance assessments
  • Managing the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) using the Agile methodology
  • Development of multiple applications built for mobile clients, desktop OS, and cloud native
  • Collaborate across the Engineering organization on technical architectures and standards
  • Manage the daily operation of a high availability SaaS solution through monitoring, on-call support, and incident response
  • Partner with Product, Customer Support, Security, and other business areas to ensure teams are aligned on priorities and enabling others to be effective
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Manage customer escalations and serve as the domain expert of the application/syste
