JOB DESCRIPTION

Zendesk is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Agent Workspace Messaging Team in Singapore. You’ll help build a next-generation messaging platform that empowers customers to deliver exceptional user experiences, working toward an omni-channel customer engagement product.
You will work with a diverse team of skilled engineers developing a highly-responsive web application. You’ll learn about well-structured web frontend architecture and backend services while partnering with product and UX teams to improve workflows and develop new features.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the everyday development of Zendesk’s product suite
  • Improve system quality by identifying issues and developing standard operating procedures
