Description

1. Analyze business needs to understand the project/problem statements. Meet with customers. Collaborate with others (Business Process Analysts, Project Managers) to identify, clarify, and capture customer requirements. Document as is and To Be process flows. Work with tool vendors to understand/evaluate tool software connectivity requirements. Analyze the software solution options. Evaluate available software options. Collaborate with the project coordinator to determine the time, resource constraints, etc. Design a solution based on customer requirements. Implement the software solution. Participate with end users in integration and user acceptance testing. Prepare Document (technical specifications, test plans, deployment plans, Knowledge base articles, support documents etc.). Provide 24x7 support for software issues. Provide L3 support on rotational basis. Troubleshoot issues independently and with other teams such as Site L2 support teams. Work to maintain skills and improve the IT roadmap. Implement technology interactions based on company and industry best practices. Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering/Information Technology or related fields. 1 to 2 years of application development experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Having flair and interest in system development, maintenance and performance improvement using multiple programming languages and systems. Familiarity with Scripting languages such as Perl, Windows programming in C#,
